Edsaarogya prioritizes your satisfaction. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or expired product, we offer a return or refund process to resolve your issue.

Return Eligibility:

  • Products must be returned in unused, original condition with packaging intact.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Prescription medicines are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or wrongly delivered.
  • For health and hygiene reasons, some categories like personal care items may not be returnable.

To initiate a return, contact our customer care team with your order ID, reason for return, and supporting photos (if applicable). Once verified, we will arrange for reverse pickup or guide you through the return process.

Refunds:
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method. In case of COD orders, bank details may be required for the refund.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with our policy. In such cases, the product will be shipped back to the customer without a refund.
